Refund and cancellation policy

Because the HD biodata is a digital download delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund you in full in these cases:
- You were charged but the HD download did not unlock.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A technical problem on our side stopped you from downloading your biodata.
How to request a refund
Email support@opiliant.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
The purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription to cancel.
